I gave this product to stars because the bags smelled like tar when I unpackaged them. I needed to wash them with Dish Detergent. I let them soak and then dry in the Sun. The smell went away after doing that, and they serve their purpose. The message thicker than I expected which prevents you from being able to put more bags in than you'd expect to be able to. Since there's two in a package that doesn't much matter. I'm still using them, and as I said, they serve their purpose.

Works great for all those loose grocery bags! Takes up very little room and holds a lot of bags.
