Arrived all in great shape.
Ordered two each for a total of 40 plants. They were packaged & protected very nicely. No damage to any plants. The boxes were labeled "PLANTS - FRAGILE." No problems. There was some loose soil in the box but very minimal. I would definitely order again. Very pleased with the selection and all are in great shape.

What you see is what you get. Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged tightly with brown paper . Get it, beats a trip to the store.

Great buy
I was hesitant to purchase live plants, however, I needed a lot of plants quickly for a project, so I over-purchased expecting that there could be a 20% loss/damage. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received the shipment. They were well packaged, with plants and dirt intact. Out of the 80 succulents, only 2 were not usable. Kudos also go to the shipping company as they were careful and kept the boxes upright. I would definitely purchase again.

Customer satisfaction is amazing!
I don’t ordinarily write reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service that I wanted to share my experience. I needed a few replacement succulents because a few of the ones in my initial order looked like they were not going to survive. I contacted Abby at customer service and she sent replacements that arrived just in time for the party I was hosting. Everyone loved the tiny succulents and were excited to take them home as a thank you gift. Don’t hesitate from ordering from this company they sell a great product and their customer service is fantastic!

Disappointed
Picture speaks for itself. Nothing like the advertised photo here on Amazon and most look like they will die by tomorrow if not sooner.

Beautifully healthy plants received in excellent condition. Got 8 or 9 different varieties in my order. Love them!
