Not so good, very flimsy and all same tension
I returned these since they were not all different tensions, and they felt very flimsy and cheaply made. I got the single ones elsewhere on amazon that cost a bit more but I could get the tensions I needed and didn't need a huge set anyway, only 3 or 4 and really only use 2 of them mostly. I wouldn't recommend these set unless your a child or very old and just need some flexibility.

Inaccurate product description
The product description is very incorrect, particularly the "you get" list. There are 5 different colored bands with the same tension ~10-15 lbs. I just saw that a Q&A commented on this; I wish I saw that, rather than believing the product description. None of the other described items were included.

I might need to buy some other band like Velcro to replace the foam
I have to update my order, I have had 2 bands break at the foam part. I understand that the foam is not that secure, but I am assuming all the bands will break. I might need to buy some other band like Velcro to replace the foam.

Didn’t last one use.
Testing the bands to see if there is a difference in tension with the colors and the middle foam part breaks on the yellow one. Really?! Don’t buy this.
