FERRISA Frameless Wall Clock

I have tried over and over again to get the clock mechanism to work. I have tried several new batteries and reconfigured the minute hand, and hour hand several times. It works for a few minutes and then stops. I can’t seem to leave seller feedback because it keeps going to the wrong item on my Amazon account. Hopefully I will be able to get this replaced by Amazon or by the company, but I can’t seem to get a hold of the company.

Tricky to install, the directions could be better but I managed.. only bad thing is having to remove them once you need to paint.. the time is accurate so far so I'm pleased

Nice looking on the wall once installed but the clock base that is mentioned in the instructions that's supposed to be attached to the wall is missing. Ordered a replacement and it was missing from there as well so I had to place on the wall with a pin to hold the clock. This is specifically to the black clock, not sure about the other ones.
