Im an Aquatic instructor & it was toasty for a longer pool duration . I did actually buy it for scuba diving & snorkel . Excellent price & great quality !

Probably accurate,just not what I expected
So I'm a scuba diver and I'm used to 3 to 8 mil suits depending on the water I'm diving in. I wanted a light suit just to avoid swimmers itch in a local lake. I had no idea how thin 1 mm was though as this just felt like normal cloth to me. And I felt awkward wearing it, so I sent it back. I did not wear it in the water so I cannot read it based on it's performance.

Very useful
Used for 1 month in Malaysia, very comfortable during swimming, hardly noticed it is on.When hitting itchy jelly fish zone, all other snorklers been on the boat in 2 minutes, but this really protects.When out of water under hot sunshine it offers a real cooling for at least 30 minutes. It is a free, mobile aircon when wet. It makes a difference.
