Q: Are the narrow at the toes or a medium boot?

They look it and are so comfortable. I did buy a size larger to allow wearing heavy socks. Love these.

Q: I ordered my regular size... just wore them for the first time and man are they tight!! Any suggestions for stretching these?

Keep wearing them. They will stretch naturally. I think the 3rd time I was comfortable.
