I’ve owned multiple light boxes and this one is great for the price. Some light boxes aren’t as bright as they should be but this one is bright. Additionally, the cable for this light is L shaped and looks like it could survive a drop. I say this because I had another light box that cost me $30 before this and within 24 hours it fell off a chair and the cable snapped. This light box doesn’t have any fancy features like setting a timer but I honestly don’t care. All I wanted was a bright light box that could survive a drop. Oh, it’s also adjustable and has a nice stand

I wasn't sure what to expect because this lamp was so much less costly than the others. It hasn't disappointed! This is a basic model but it has a 30 min timer and adjustable light levels. There is a kickstand which could be sturdier but it does the job. The cord is long enough. So, it has everything I need at a price that can't be beat. Makes me wonder why some have to be three and four times the price of this one!

Great for winter blues, but also for day time naps for babies and toddlers. I use it during daytime naps to help baby adjust to day naps and night sleeps. Our nursery doesn’t get a lot of sunlight.

I have one on my nightstand and one at my desk. They are super easy to use, BRIGHT, and work well. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend for anyone who is affected by the season or needs a morning BRIGHT wake up call.

Love this lamp. It has been both quite useful and effective for me to deal with the winter blues.

Just received. It’s bright but not painfully bright like some users suggest. You can easy operate the buttons without being blinded. That said I wish the instructions were made by an English speaking person. It’s a bit confusing. The button with * is to increase brightness- it only goes up. The other button is for lowering brightness only. A plus and minus signs would have been better. It’s like a dimmer, not levels of brightness that you could count as you switch, or how many there are. So if top is 10,000 I have no idea what I am getting on any of the lower settings. That would be useful.4 week update: not seeing any result's. Have been using on full brightness within less than arms length.

It’s only my second time using it, but obviously it does trick the mind because instantly I start feeling warmer and my mood is actually better, even considering it’s raining cats and dogs with strong winds right now
