Marti Michell Fusible Tape - 1-Inch Wide, 120 Yards, Single-Sided, White

I did my research and this was, by far, the best bang for the buck. I've already been using this for my QAYG borders on a huge king size quilt I'm currently making. This stuff is great! It's very quick and easy to use, and really makes a strong join! I finished all my borders last night, and I've barely put a dent in one roll of this stuff! A super great buy! Oh, and it doesn't gunk up your needle- just as advertised!

I used it to fuse 1" thick pieces of wool rug padding together as a contoured ironing board pad. It worked very well for this application, and the resultant pad is stable and the individual pieces don't move, however, I also covered these pieces with a pieces of wool felt that was sprayed with quilt basting adhesive. In the future, I will also use it to fuse small, irregular pieces of quilt batting together, and I'm also hoping that it will also be useful to butt two pieces of soft n stable together. Given my experience with the wool pad, I have every confidence that this product will be effective for these applications.

I like this product and use it all the time to piece batting scraps together. I use a pressing cloth between the tape and my iron so that the batting doesn't stick to the iron. The medium setting on my iron, held down for 4-5 seconds on each section, sticks it all together securely.

This product was not as thick as the fusible tape I normally buy, but it works pretty good. I will use up what I have left of it. I just don’t like that it’s paper thin.

Not the original use for this product, but it has found a second life! I hate itchy seams, I hate neck tags that scratch, I have finally found the perfect solution. This one-sided iron on tape solves all these problems. Iron it over the offending tag seam and no more scratching. This is not these products intended purpose but once I found an iron on tape with sticky on only one side, I decided to give it a try. Magic! I have used it on T-shirts, sports bras, all sorts of things with tags that drive me bats. You can use two layers for particularly annoying seams! You can't feel the tape at all on your skin and better yet, you can't feel the scratchy seam!

I use it to tape scraps of batting together. Works well.

Although I prefer my fusible tape to be 1 1/2" wide, this tape was cheaper and actually worked quite well. I use it to adhere two pieces of quilting batting together to make a larger piece. Helps use up those pesky smaller pieces. I would most certainly use this product again.
