Strong Grommets, not heavy cloth or thick plastic.
My review is based on the look, not really the practicality of a shower curtain. I use it to block an ugly, old, shower sliding door. I'm sure it would work well as a shower curtain, and you may not need a liner either. It is not traditional cloth however. I love the solid grommets!I wanted something to dress up and modernize my bathroom. It was the best of the dog themed ones I'd looked at.
