Great Weapon Against Lice
This is my second purchase of Nix just in case we needed a backup. The first one was for my 14-year-old granddaughter (GD), who caught lice from her friend (GF). GF told GD right away so we caught it early.Nearly 5 hours later, following the directions to the T, and nit picking through extremely thick hair, then more time washing blankets, pillow cases, towels and putting pillows and stuffed animals in plastic bags for 2 weeks, cleaning hair brushes, etc, and GD doing an excellent job using the followup spray and remaining vigilant, this worked very well.GF's mother is ignorant and judgmentas, and I'll leave it at that. I educated the girls on head lice, told them that it had nothing to do with their hygiene and texted ".org" links to them that literally say "Poor hygiene doesn’t cause head lice."Anyway, great weapon in the fight of head lice.

Does the job!
Wonderful product and worked to ward off a lice outbreak at my kiddos school! Never got it !It smells nice (herbal) and does the job!

Bugs be gone
Worked great after my daughter got lice from another person. Only had to do one time and done! Very tedious when combing through her hair but definitely worth it.

Always works
I have purchased this several times and it works every single time! I like to keep the leave in spray and use it periodically- the scent it strong! I don’t mind it but it does have the place smelling minty lol

Lice Prevention
There was a lice outbreak at my son’s school, so I ordered this. I treated him initially with the other Nix shampoo, and then began using this every day before school. The smell is very strong of citronella, but seems to work.

Great product

Requires expert nit-removal
We tried this product when our daughter got lice in November but we still found nits in her hair a few days later after hours of combing a day (2 hours the first few days and 1+ hours in subsequent days). Unless you can remove 100% of the nits, this product will not be effective. We wound up going to a professional to get rid of the lice that used a different active ingredient and device for drying nits before removal.
