Mehron Makeup Tri-Color Halloween Makeup Palette (Camouflage)

They did not send me the item is pictured that I ordered. and when I went to apply it even though I did prime my face and have it already the white was to clear. I was wanting to make myself a tiger and I ended up having to go to the store to buy some other products to do it with. I tried different ways to use the white but it still came out wet and to clear it wasn't solid. Nothing like it described.

This is terrible and I was so surprised because I looked up the company and was sure these were good professional products. It’s opaque and isn’t a dark coverage. The black looks think and streaky and the white doesn’t do anything. It is not good for detailing and you can’t layer it . Also if you don’t have a setting powder it will look shiny and wet. Both colors I had to use eyeshadow to set and it still creased. I wouldn’t recommend this. I painted my face for a second Halloween party and used only eye liner and eyeshadow for shading and it worked better than this paint

I bought this for Halloween and it worked perfectly. I wanted to get a brand I that I knew had good reviews, rather than the weird generic brands that you can find in department stores. There is more paint in it than I expected- I painted my entire face and neck twice, and used less than 1/4 of the paint per color. The application sponge is useless, so know that you're going to need paint brushes in order to apply it effectively. Colors are thick, vibrant, and glossy, even the white.The only thing to be aware of is that this is an oil based grease paint, just like it says in the description. If you are unfamiliar with face paints, this means that it will never dry like actual paint. The bonus is that the colors stay shiny and don't crack and flake off like standard face paint does. It is also supposed to be better for your skin (part of the reason I went with it), sort of like a thick tinted moisturizer. But if you drag your finger through it, even hours later, it will smudge.There are sealers you can buy to help "set" the paint, but I sprayed hairspray over everything and that worked well enough for a one-time thing. The makeup lasted through 6+ hours of romping around, eating, and talking on a windy night with only minor smudging around the edges from my hair.I have semi-sensitive skin and this went on smoothly, was comfortable to wear for hours, washed off easily, and didn't result in any breakouts. I will be using this again!

This was for my daughter's Halloween costume. Bad makeup. Greasy and hard to apply. Does not hold up to a sweaty trick-or-treater. Sweats off. I used the black makeup on her for her school Halloween parade. In one hour it was sweating through and very shiny and greasy looking. The next day for trick or treating I didn't use that a black make up and decided to use my eyeliner instead. The eyeliner held up way better. No greasy mess no. Most of this went in the trash

I wore this paint for three hours in the pouring rain and it didn't smudge. Wonderful quality paint, spreads well, is pretty greasy and shiny so you will need to set it with some kind of powder for it to not wipe off. I used cornstarch to set it for the aforementioned rainy event, which did all wash off, leaving the paint tacky in some places, but as long as I didn't touch my face I was fine. This comes off easiest with some sort of oil, I've used jojoba oil and vaseline and both have worked amazing. The makeup does not stain your skin, and from what I can tell doesn't cause breakouts either, even with longtime wear. The colors are wonderful but do have a tendency to blend, even if you set the paint underneath, so do watch out for that. The paint tins are smaller than I thought they'd be, about the size of a dollar coin, but the paint does go a long way for just a little bit, it's very pigmented. A wonderful set of paint, mehron really lives up to the hype!

Reasonably priced for the product you get. You’re not gonna win any Oscars with this, but it’s easy to use. I had to set up a fake injury for a training and blindly purchased this product. If the need arises again, I will purchase again.

Did a skull look, didn't even need to use the grey (blended the white black to get a mid tone)Tons of compliments, makeup stayed, didn't feel like i had anything on my face. Lasted all night, didn't even set it. If I touched it then it would definitely be on my hand so i had to remember I had the makeup on.

The white color works pretty good even though is not white, but it makes you look really pale. The red color is hard to apply specially if you want to make it look like blood, but good for a red contour of your eyes.
