These are the 2022 model with the closed toe hooks in front. The 2021 models have completely open toe hooks.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Yes. Does not come with channel inserts if your board uses the Burton channel system.

Burton does not have xl. is this xl really a large?

Burton came out with Xl bindings and size 14 and 15 boots for the 2022 line
