A zona do centro fica muito mais quente do que a zona periférica, provavelmente devido a reduzida dimensão do disco que assenta na placa de indução.

It’s really easy to use and after a bit of experimentation I can definitely make perfect mini pancakes with it, I’d recommend using it on a very low heat as, like with most cast iron cooking pans, it can get pretty Smokey if it’s on too high a temp. Much better than aluminium pans which I’ve seen advertised for a similar price because it’ll last a lot longer too, given that it’s cast iron
