Worked great, easy to use
I used this in hard granite and it was easy to start, cut fast and easy, and did a nice clean job. I used the EVA foam guide with some water and it worked well. I was dreading drilling this hole, but it only took 1-2 minutes to cut through 3/4" slab. I only needed one hole so I can't vouch for how long it will last, but based on how fast and easy it was I expect it to be durable.

What a great tool!!
I bought this to cut through ceramic wall tile when doing a bathroom re-plumbing job in a former rental property. The previous owners did a hack job on the tub/shower so we had to convert to a new single lever faucet. This hole saw worked amazingly well and made a super clean cut. Things you NEED to know. There is no way to freehand this hole saw, you need to get the guide this company sells to hold it centered until you get the hole going. Otherwise you will skate it across the tile and really scratch things up. Trust me, I tried it. Second, DO NOT use this without cooling water. This is a two person job, one runs the drill the other keeps a trickle of cooling water running on the saw blade. Lastly, common sense! You will be pouring water on a metal saw blade attached to a metal drill chuck attached to a drill motor. I used a cordless drill so as not to get electrocuted....:)

They work!
These really worked nice. I only needed to cut a few holes. I think you could really cut quite a few holes with these if you keep the water flowing while cutting. I cut through porcelain tile in under 1 minute using my drill press with tile submerged under water. No problem keeping whole saw centered while cutting using drill press. This was a concern as there is no pilot hole. these worked an order of magnitude better than expected. I purched one to see if they were any good then purched a set plus the 3 1/8. I would highly recommend these. They cut just as good as the $56 for a single hole saw that I purached. May not last as long as the $56 one, but then I also only needed to cut 3 holes for this bathroom project. The harbor freight hole saw could not cut through a single piece of porcelain tile. These are even cheaper than harbor freight and the work very well.

Great tool if you use it right
Works great, just do your research if your not experienced in using this type of hole saw. I built a wooden box with scrap lumber to fill up with water and drill out my tiles. Keep your rpms low and start at an angle to get a groove going and be patient.

Saves time and aggrivation.
Needed a hole in thick porcelain tile for a tub drain. It would be in a place not visible so my first inclination was to just make a series of cuts with the wet saw. Instead I bought this and in less than 5 minutes I had a nice clean hole in the tile. Some reviewers have commented on the lack of a pilot drill but I didn't find that necessary. I used a 3/8" variable speed drill and at a very slow speed held the drill steady to start the cut. After establishing a path for the hole saw the rest was easy. Just don't forget to use water. Have a helper with a spray bottle or, if solo, drill for 10 seconds, pour water on the piece and repeat.

The it does cut good but for 19
So this bit cut very well, The reason I am giving it three stars, is it does not co me with a pilot bit. This means that you have to tilt the bit on an angle and drill very slowly to keep the bit from hopping around.. This means most people who don't use tools a lot will struggle to get a hole started where they want it drilled at. The it does cut good but for 19.99 not having the pilot bit kills the purchase. Be sure to look for a diamond hole saw we with a center drill bit/pilot bit. It will make things so much better. The shipping that was provided also was packaged nicely

Great bit!
This drillbit was exactly what we needed to drill through the brick of my house to mount an EV charging station on the exterior wall.
