Yes this is a new perfume released in 2017.

Q: Is the bottle refillable in any way?

I would not think the Tiffany Parfum bottle would be refillable. If that were so anyone could pass off the refillable as authentic! No high end Parfum MFG would allow that.

Q: Is my item going to arrive by Dec 18th like it state originally or did Amazon lie about that?

Hi. It would arrive on the 18th if you choose next day delivery before cut-off time. Since now it passed 5:00 pm (Cut-off time) it means it will arrive on the 19th.

Q: How long does the scent last?

It doesn’t last as long as the original scent. No comparison. They never should have discontinued the original!
