JW Pet Company Invincible Chains LD Double Dog Toy, Large (Colors Vary)

My dog and I really enjoyed this as a tug toy to use where it kept my hands away from accidental nips. When we initially got it we let her play solo with it after our tug session and I noticed that she left little teeth puncture holes so we packed it away for awhile and exclusively used the other new toy we bought for her. After a few weeks we took this back out and, again, we loved it and this time I allowed her to play with it longer and although it was showing a lot of the little tooth marks it seemed to be holding up so I left it out with her. None seemed deep, just seemed like impressions from her teeth.We continued to enjoy it for about a week where she'd carry it over to us for tug sessions, loop it on our feet when we were sitting watching tv and chewing on it a bit. I'd look at it when we'd tug and, like I said above, it seemed to be holding up. After one session of tug when she took it off to chew on and I was watching some tv I checked on her after awhile and she had bitten through the black side and had chewed up into small pieces about a two inch section of it. Small, little hard bits were in a pile on the floor. She didn't just bite through, it had broken into small, little pieces and hopefully I was able to get all of them and she didn't swallow any!So if you want to get this exclusively as just a tug toy and not something for your dog to chew on and plan on putting it away after I think it will be okay for that and should last but if your dog is a serious chewer like ours is you may not want them to be allowed to chew on this. Seemed like it was going to last and then suddenly I was throwing away half of it and hoping she didn't eat any of the black bits. We still have the yellow side and will take that out for some tugging but no longer for her to play with freely!! She did tremendously love running around with this thing and would flip up the loose end and hook it on her face or our feet and was so cute to watch her!! Wish it had lasted!!

I didn't let have my dog have this unless it was active play time with me. Playing tug a war almost everyday.. This took a while for my 2 year old pit to snap this. About 3 weeks which is a long time for my dog. Her teeth just punctured it here and there and eventually it snapped playing tug a war.

The dog loves it, but we can't let him have it unattended, as he could easily chew it to pieces.

My dogs not a heavy chewer, but these seem durable. The max throwing distance is about 100 feet. They're great for toss and go exercise. They're easy to find don't and, won't get lost in the weeds.

My dog was able to chew pieces off this toy within a couple minutes of receiving it. No where does the manufacturer say that this cannot be used as a chew. I'm tired of spending $$ for toys I have to throw away after a few minutes.

Very durable! I have a very large and destructive dog and this toy is great when he plays with other dogs.

My 2 dogs favorite toy! Rugged, strong, can be flung. Hours of fun. Just more filler words here to make the min.

I received this toy very quickly and delighted to receive it in this frigid NE where we have not walked in a few days and my dog is going stir crazy and making me crazy. We played tug with the chain for a couple of minutes when my dryer buzzed in the next room and I went and folded 4 towels when I realized it was very quiet - yes, that fast he chewed a chunk off of the toy. It was in our house less than 20 minutes and my 27 lb over sized mini poodle started to destroy it. I had read about this toy on a standard poodle site where some people claimed to have aggressive chewers and that it held up to their dogs, I then read reviews and decided to give it a try. My loss!

My dog loves these rings, and this is the only place I can find them. They do eventually snap but that's after a lot of playing time!! Love them

Got this for my Shepard. There are four small grooves in the rights that is a weak point. Both rings broke in that area. very disappointed with the product.

I purchased these for my puppy and sister until the snow melted to give them to him for playing tug outside together. They call them “invincible rings” and he chewed through these in 3 minutes flat! I have an older set of 3 from my last dogs, it’s over 10 years old and truly invincible. These new ones are a waste of money.

Dogs had the rings torn apart in 15 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend
