I bought a pack of two PS4 controllers. One works great so far. The second controller would only work for 20 minutes before disconnecting from the console (fully charged and the light was still on the controller). Customer service sent me a replacement, but didn’t allow me to pick when it would possibly be here and it took two days to get a shipping date. It arrived during a storm and was in a drenched box. Controller doesn’t work.

The controller is very good yes there is delay but that does go away once you start to play with it more often but I do recommend

I didn't buy these for my PS4. I bought these for 2 of my PC's. Because I'm just now starting to get into FF XIV and want controller controls. I've had several Logitech Gamepads and I'm an avid Logitech booster but I've worn our a F310 and one of my F710's has a bad Left Bumper button so makes blocking in Dark Souls impossible...PS4 controllers have never failed me. And I prefer PS4 format over Xbox format. (I hate where the left stick is on the xbox, doesn't feel right). I've had Madkatz and other third party controllers in the past. Never had an issue.After playing a few hours I did notice some drag on the right stick of one of my controllers when tilting up. I disassembled the controller and found some leftover flashing from the injection mold process which was scraping on the stick just slightly, just enough to be noticeable. I scraped that off, reset a loose ribbon cable which probably came loose from disassembly. But now it's smooth as butter.What I like best about these is... a used PS4 controller from Gamestop is over $50. Here you're getting two NEW controllers for less than $40. so far to me it feels like a quality product at a price the low income can afford. I would purchase again if I had a need for more controllers.

Seller messaged before i received the product informing that an error might pop up for incompatability due to new ps4 firmware. They also included the steps to take to correct the situation.After receiving the controller, i did in fact get the incompatibility message and followed the steps they provided and the controller seems to be working flawlessly. In fact, it is way more sensitive than the official ps4 controllers i have. We'll see how it goes, but so far, so good!

The controllers look great and feel great. They freeze up when playing psvr. Wish I would have known that so I could get another brand or the official one instead.
