Got a deal on this laser and thought would try for knee injury. I had a micro hemorrhage into right knee cap and could barely walk. Was getting ready for steroid shots when I purchased this. I have prior good experience at physical therapy with IPL laser treatment in PT office of course bigger machine. This hand held device packs a therapeutic punch. They give you a recommended treatment series to follow. Within 3 20 minute sessions I was painless, walking after the first session. I was blown away as my expectations were low and glad it wasn’t another waste of money. I was so impressed I recommended to a friend for her knee and bought one for my sister in law. It worked so well I didn’t go back to see my orthopedic doctor. Now when I get an ache I whip it out for a session while watching tv. It comes with a USB charging cable and a carry case. It holds a long charge so completely portable. It’s light weight. It has a skin protective shield and safety glasses. I don’t use shield as it doesn’t get very warm. Has various settings , for strength of light and timer. Easy to use and actually works. Would buy again and did.

Love this product, however, out of the box the timer didn't work - wouldn't allow you to change time and would only display 15 minutes. Returned for a replacement and on the third use the replacement's timer also stopped working and wouldn't allow you to change time and would only display 15 minutes. I wanted to try another but was only given the option to return so I am pursuing a different brand or vendor.

The media could not be loaded. If you believe Lllt works this is a Great Level 3b lllaser for the money , with real laser diodes. Not just LED's . well made easy to use . Has aTimer 5-30 minutes ... wide surface area for treatment and glasses if you need them. Sufficient nm's and mW to have deep therapy .

I do not use this as much as I want but it works well. I can see a difference on my face with wrinkles and feel the relief with injuries. I would recommend buying. It only covers a small space at at time but I knew that at the time of purchase. I have even tried it on my dog with a mass she has on her side. It has it has shrunk in size.

I was a bit intimidated to try it at first but the unit is simple to use and appears to be providing useful benefits for a variety of physical concerns.

This is a really nice red light therapy device, this particular device uses laser lights rather than LED lights, I like lasers better as I feel the light can go deeper into the skin, and most professional equipment I've seen also use lasers, this device has 13-650 nm wavelength (5 mW redlight) lasers, which can help wound healing and skin issues, and it also has 3-808 nm wavelength (200 mW -infared-invisible), which can go deep and help with joint and deep-rooted pain.I like the magnetic plastic cover that goes over the lasers, so the skin is separated from the glass, and heat generated, plus also helps keep the glass clean, it has magnets and just clicks in place, easy. The back of the unit features an LCD, which shows the countdown timer (5-30 minutes), and the battery level, this device has two buttons a power button, and a timer button, it's simple to use, just set the preferred runtime and then press power to turn it on.I've used various red light devices and always find the laser ones work the best for me at least, I have had various types of pain and even cuts, red light therapy seems to speed up healing and temporarily improve some minor pains, individual result may vary, typically I usually have to commit to a routine and not expect instant results, so far this device works great and has been trouble free, I used it on my sore knee, and I was impressed with it, I also used it on my dog, which recently had trouble jumping up into the car, and I had good results on pets as-well, the manual provides nice guidelines for various types of injuries.The device is rechargeable via USB-C, and it also includes a charger + cable, everything needed right in the box, it also includes some glasses, which can help protect the eyes from the lasers, although I suggest never looking directly at the lasers, it even includes a nice hard case with zipper that can hold everything, for storage and transport.Overall I recommend, great red-light therapy devices, two light wavelengths, laser tech, rechargeable, easy to use.
