I charged both lights before taking them in my campervan over night.Didn't use my internal van lights, because these were bright enough and portable. I took batteries with me nut didn't need to put them in.Great product, and for the price you can't go wrong.I'll be ordering 2 more, to keep at home for emergencies.

The battery option for lighting the lanterns is the most reliable and lasts a good 5 hours. The light dims after a few hours, but that's to be expected when using batteries. I turn my batteries round the wrong way when not using the lanterns so it doesn't waste them and it means I change the batteries less frequently.The solar and charge options don't light the lanterns for too long, but I don't find it an issue as I rely on the batteries only.Really bright lanterns and good for your money. Would recommend.

Excellent but dont rely on the solar. It doesn’t last long (understandable) but excellent light just wish it had a dimmer function that could reduce power usage as it’s VERY bright and didn’t need that level of brightness all the time

These work very well for the price charge well in the sun and via cable and very bright at first but they dull fairly quickly, my kids love them for camping

Light in weight and bright but internal batteries don’t hold charge if left more than a week or so & we havn’t really noticed any contribution from solar panel (although it is December). Works well with batteries though.

The lights are really bright, practical and compact. Very pleased with this purchase

You must remember to install rechargeable batteries and they are expensive. Works very well

After 3 recharges one lamp no longer charges. Other still working at the moment but not hopeful. Charge lasts very short Time.
