While the belt feels nice, do NOT follow the sizing chart. I took measurements before buying and measured at the belly button and got 45.5 inches, so I bought the XXL size thinking I’d have 5 inches to play with before needing a new belt. Well I am going to have to return this upon getting it delivered because I am maxing out the belt and it’s not tight enough. I would say order one size smaller than what their sizing chart says. Honestly disappointed about this.

My daughter loves this weight lifting belt. I got it for her for Christmas. She said it is good quality and she loves that it can be adjusted to her small waist. She has about a size 26 inch waist. She said it fits comfortably and helps alleviate any worsening of her already bad back We chose the color black and it is a very dark black and it has a lot of Support. She said it reassures her when she’s dead, lifting, etc. it was also a good value for how much we paid. It was not as expensive than other brands. By the way she says it looks cool on too which is important at a college gym

Very comfortable belt. I was a little worried about trying this since I have only used leather belts before and while it is not as secure as a leather belt it gives plenty enough security to feel good doing heavy lifts. The biggest plus for me is that it folds up really small so I can easily carry it in my gym drawstring bag so it's not a hassle bringing it to the gym or carrying it around while doing other exercises where I don't need it.I do find the lock bar kind of hard to use since it makes it difficult to tighten it fully so I just don't use it and it still works fine.

El producto en si es bueno, material y ergonomía, sin embargo las imágenes mencionan que viene con un par de parches, ya que elegí el modelo con Velcro al costado, y no vienen los parches, fuera eso producto cumple

Der Gürtel wird wenig genutzt und trotzdem lösen sich die Nähte am Klettverschluss. Sehr schlechte Qualität, den genau das ist beim öffnen eine sehr beanspruchte Stelle.
