Taking a gummy sweet for my daily vitamin top up is a much more pleasant way than my usual large pill format. I can definitely see this being beneficial for children and those who dislike taking tablets in general. The formulation % amounts do not meet the 100% recommended amounts for 2 gummies, however I would say this is not necessarily a bad thing as you will get other vitamins via actual food during the day. Any excess vitamins are simply not used by the body and wasted essentially, whilst over consuming vitamins only serves to put extra strain on your liver / kidneys whilst having other nasty side effects.To summarise, I'd recommend these gummies as good balance of vitamins (not too excessively dosed), easy to take as sweet and chewy and price wise about average for the quantity per bottle.Nu U Nutrition is a trusted brand and I also rely on them for many of the other micronutrient supplements I take.

These are great. Nice flavour, like eating sweets. You have to be careful you don't eat too many!

A good way to take multi vitamins if you don't like swallowing pills. Tasty but have a slightly plasticy taste, so you won't want to eat them all at once!

Does what it says and after a few days on them I feel better.Only downside is the taste, tastes like iron and a slight sweet taste, but it's manageable.

Taste awful

I ordered these as they are vegan, trying to cut down on animal products in my vitamins. I take all my vitamins in chewable form and am used to the sweetness covering up the strong vitamin taste.These are quite different from any I've tried, they say berry flavour but I couldn't make out any masking taste at all, just the vitamins and what tasted to me like cod liver oil (inducing flashbacks of being made to drink the stuff as a child!).I never bad review, I just write it off as a mistake, however these aren't cheap and to throw away a whole pot I cannot use, I may aswell warn others. If you are expecting a sweet and almost enjoyable chew, these are not quite it.

I've been taking these for a while now and are happy with them - having the live cultures in addition to the other ingredients is a bonus and they are great value with 45 days supply. They are easy to swallow too!Nuu Nutrition are for me, my number 1 brand for supplements having taken their products for several years now. :-)

These gummies are really nice. Handy too. They don't have too much of anything so if you forget that you have had 2 already, one more wont be a problem. Handy to just munch on the go. Tasty and healthy!
