FarberwareLuna 2.5qt Kettle - Aqua

We loved the color which perfectly matched some of the accents in our kitchen/living room, but it's also a very nice little kettle that works GREAT on our induction cooktop! We had previously been using a Secura electric pitcher type kettle, but this kettle on the induction cooktop boils water about 50% faster! I used to put the kettle on and take my time getting the coffee all set up. Now it's a race to be ready before the thing is screaming at me! 😁Seems well made and attractive design and color(s). Would recommend, especially for induction cooktops.

This is my second kettle, not from the same brand. Teal is my favorite color although I love rainbow things. This design looks so sleak! It whistles when it's supposed to and is easy to completely dry. It says it's rust resistant but I know better than to leave water in a kettle for long periods of time. I take the lid off and turn it upsidedown near the stove until I know it's fully dry then I put it back on the kettle. Easy as pie! Love this! Do recommend!

This teapot works great and looks nice sitting out all the time.

I love my tea pot people said the whistle was not loud but if you overfill the tea pot it won’t whistle loud I love the apple green color that I got and I like the ceramic coating better than the regular stainless steal tea kettle they are easier to keep clean and they don’t rust

I dropped my old Enamel tea pot and it was badly dented. It took over a month to find this one on Amazon. It is made in Thailand. I hesitated because I wanted one that opened the spout from the handle but all of those were made in China. The whistle is loud and clear. Some reviews state that it is hard to hear but it is important to close the lid tightly in order to get a clear loud whistle. A review mentioned that the spout is hot to touch but there is a small knob on the spout and I just have to press it to open the lid. The knob does not get hot. So a potholder is not necessary.Farberware packaged this item very well in a hard box with protective packing so the item was in excellent condition when it arrived.I like this black teapot and it looks beautiful on my black ceramic stovetop. I gave it an overall rating of 4 only because you cannot open the spout from the handle.
