The recipes were easy to follow and the doughnuts were fun to make. The results were delicious.

Not what I was looking for
I just now noticed that at the bottom of the description it says baked donuts. No pictures is also a disappointment for me. Guess that's why the price was so reasonable

Incomplete ingredient list
I tried to make the blueberrie donuts on page 18 and there is an obvious omission of any liquid. The sandy mixture would never make a donut without some milk or liquid added. I added what I thought would be best (1 cup milk) and ended up with a donut of sorts. Not Good.

Great recipes
Bought this alongside a ring doughnut maker for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas. He was in the kitchen making doughnuts the next day. Great book with loads of recipes. A little disappointed that there were no pictures.

Dry dough
Overall a good cookbook, with easy to follow recipes. I did come across a problem with page 44, Dark Chocolate Doughnuts. The dough is dry and crumbly, so doughnuts didn't hold together. I'm thinking there is a wet ingredient missing. Any suggestions?
