Took far too long.
Pretty charm. Advertised as prime but took four days to come. Disappointed. Also it arrived in a plastic bag. Not even presented in a pandora box.Go to Pandora website. Offers and customer service much more reliable.

Loved this it was a gift for my daughters friend and she loved it she also got the matching earrings so beautiful

Poor packaging for the price
The item itself is lovely, just very disappointed in the packaging and presentation.... A flat pack cardboard box, that doesn't even close, that's way too big for a charm, no padding and the certificate of authenticity is only in German for a product sold in UK, and the cert is too large for the box.... All said, a poor show for such a well known brand.
