I just ordered this phone last week and still haven't gotten a email on when I'm receiving it when will that be and how long?

Same situation here. I finally got an update today that it will be delivered on November 25, but I see that the phone is back in stock now and a new order will deliver by November 4? They already charged me $100 for this order and are now suggesting to cancel and place a new order so that they can get another $100 from me.
