This shake powder is awesome. I mix one scoop (I live in the Caribbean, and shipping is pricey, so I am not about to waste product) with almond milk and some frozen fruit and flax seed for a perfect breakfast. The first time I had it, I thought there had to be a mistake: I could not believe that a healthy drink tasted that good. As for weight loss, I am doing intermittent fasting and working out, so I am not putting all my eggs in one basket. But, the taste of this shake powder is great.

This is my absolute favorite protein mix and of course the store I usually purchase it at stopped carrying it. Glad I found it online.Tastes so good!!

Taste great. Good quality for the money. I get 2 for like $5 dollars more the the price for one at walmart. Plus when I need it they never have it. It helps me stay full for like 4hours. So the thickness is great.

this is kind of pricey for the size but tastes so good.

In short: I Like the flavor, and it helps me to feel less food crazy. I dont always fast, but it helps when I do. Also helps in planning for upcoming meal. Usually I want to pile a truck load of food in my belly come dinner, and feel less frenzied when I drink this an hour before chow time.Been a long time since I have had a SlimFast product. So many other products out there these days. Basically comes down to taking a close look at the ingredients and the nutritional profile--which if fully posted in the description pictures-- and decide if that sounds good to you. I tried this knowing full well that it has a slightly more complicated sounding ingredient list over some offerings. Keep in mind that a majority of it is the vitamin and minerals spelled out. Sweetened with Sucralose (again, no surprise as I could see that before ordering). I ordered this because I was curious if it could help me curb hunger, control eating, and support me when I decide to not eat for most of the day (various reasons, not all related to weight loss). Also, I wanted to know what this formula had to offer over their other options. I mean, SlimFAST is a fasting product, and was originally meant to be used to replace 2 meals a day (followed by a calorie controlled dinner. Remember?)I find the taste to be pleasant. Definitely vanilla. It tastes good to me blended with unsweetened macadamia milk. It makes for a thick, creamy drink. Add in some ice or yogurt, and it becomes a milk shake. High protein, good amount of fiber, lowish calories (varies depending on what liquid you use). Variety of vitamins and minerals. 10 servings per container (20 servings total). Each serving is 32 grams which is 6 grams or so more than some of their other options.Different proteins for different purposes You want long burning, go with casein, which this uses. Casein helps with satiety.I dont find it working immediately. It really didnt fill my hungry belly. I had at my normal dinner time knowing I was going out for dinner and it would still be a couple of hours. This definitely took the edge off. Upon consumption I was still hungry, but within 30-45 minutes I no longer had a growling tummy. And by the time we got to the restaurant, I wasn't eager to order the whole menu. Normally I am all for appetizers and dessert, but I had zero interest. Didnt even cross my mind. I ate all my dinner, but i could have stopped earlier (I need to work on that).So yeh, it has a slow to start, but overall long lasting effect.It mixes nicely, and I am thinking of playing around with it. Maybe add some pumpkin (super low cal) for added filling fiber, or blending with coffee for an iced vanilla coffee

This is so hard to find now, slimfast you have this on your website, why is it not available on Amazon at all times?! I buy this religiously and from reading the comments I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Do you not like money? 😭🤣 I'm kidding but I absolutely adore this stuff. What do you put into it lol I'm addicted I think 🤣Please make this more available!

It barely tastes like anything let alone chocolate cake-- and Yes I have tried it with both water and milk. It also remains a bit gritty/pulpy no matter how much I mix it (again, with either type of liquid). The package is what it says-- its slimfast, its brown like chocolate, and it comes with a big scoop inside to use. But for the price plus shipping, I was better off buying the already made shakes at walmart. Those taste more like chocolate and I dont have to wait for them to come in the mail. Not saying dont buy these-- just saying that I wont be purchasing more once I've finished the two i bought already.

I add this to muffins, pancakes, cakes, etc. It adds a great flavor. Just wish there was a little more protein per scoop but otherwise great!
