This product should not be used by people who have/history of TMD / TMJD (temporomandibular joint disorder, so I will be calling it TMJD for convenience) which I am suffering from right now. I didn't see on initial purchase that it says this because:- it's listed at the bottom of the "About the Product" (which on my screen you have to expand, I imagine it's that way on most),- isn't shown in the pictures (it's on the packaging, they could put that picture there without giving anything away),- it's not included with the Product Description, but the words "jaw pain" are.I don't see any reason to hide this information or mislead people. If you shouldn't use it for TMJD-based jaw pain, (and TMJD can also cause horrible headaches/migraines), let people know. So, I put their message about when not to use it as my review's title. I'm trying to spare others of the trouble of returning an item you can't use, when the promise of drug-free headache relief sounds quite wonderful.Three stars because I can't totally drag them down for me missing the fine print they put in one hidden, expandable place you may or may not read.

Seems like neurologists have been turning against this older idea that certain headaches are caused by strain on the neck/jaw/face and toward the idea that all headaches are in fact migraines. That said, neuros haven't exactly cured headaches either, so I bought this in a desperate "I'll try anything" moment. It hasn't helped.The device is meant to help you move around the bottom teeth in an effort to stretch the jaw from side to side and up and down. It is a cumbersome, pokey thing to use, especially if you don't have a wide, dazzling Julia Roberts smile. I find it much softer on my gums (and free!) to use my finger instead of the device. At that point I was really paying for the information on how to do the stretches and not for the device. I'm okay with that as long as it helps, but unfortunately the stretches didn't help me either.

This does seem to help my jaw pain, TMJ and tension headaches although I feel a bit silly while using it. I have noticed that I can’t do it if I have a migraine or it worsens the pain.

I bought this to help with tension headaches and facial pain from teeth clenching. I find that I do a better job stretching my jaw without it. It did not work for me.

So far this thing has been awesome! I get horrible tension headaches and my jaw locks up almost completely when I use this I can feel the tension ease instantly.

This thing doesnt have the strength needed. Scrapped my gums messing with it. I do not recommend these!

Do not waste your money on this. It did nothing, felt like a gimmick.
