This item works great I don't have to worry about anyone still in my gas or putting something in my tank. However it is kind of hard to get the key in sometimes.

Problem it doesn't fit a 2017 Silverado which come with a capless system. That hole is barely over an inch. The ones provided and stated that they fit is way bigger. also 2nd problem is it was shipped by the regular postal system USPS. but they want me to return it UPS which is about a 100 mile round trip. when regular post office is only blocks away. This would mean I would have to spend $21.45 on gas just to replace it @20mpg and @ $4.29.. I'm not knocking the part. It seems quality. But 2017 Silverado comes as a capless system. And it apparently don't need a locking gas cap for theft. It has a ball inside filler tube that prevents a hose from getting in it. My issue is 2 fold. The part don't fit and their return method requiring to return through UPS that's close to a hundred mile round trip

Well worth the price of mind knowing my gas tank is not being sabotaged. Also nice knowing that the gas isn’t being stolen

The locking mechanism takes a bit to adjust to and get the hang of, but that could just be because I've never had a locking cap before. The gas cap fits mostly fine, however, the hatch stays slightly open so it's no longer flush with the van. It's not that big of a deal to me, so not worth returning and getting another one. But it might be an issue for another, so I felt it worth mentioning. Purchased for a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country.

Arrived on time. it works on my Nissan which gos tank door has no lock from inside car. It is an easy solution.

Only works for older models of Honda 2009 before the new exterior locking gas panels!

It works. I have a hard time getting off it works so good. I do have to make my boyfriend help me occasionally when trying to get gas. My best advice is to go slow with it.

Defective. Key wouldn't work to unlock it.

I have read a lot of bad reviews on this particular gas cap. I have to say people can't read, This product works perfect if it's used properly. I'm happy with it, and I don't have Crackpots trying to suck gas out of my tank. Again great product if used correctly.
