Not quite five stars, more like 4.5.Five stars for the quality of the lighting and the attractive design of the lamp. More than sufficient warm light projects mostly downward to wash around the post and onto the ground for some distance making this light ideal for illuminating landscaping. Far better than the typical lantern type of post light which projects most light outward into your eyes. Worth the price.However I found two drawbacks with the instructions and workmanship.I'd take a half a star off for the lack of instructions for removing the very substantial packaging protecting the chimney. The light must be pulled completely apart to do this and substantial force is required to pull the polystyrene foam packaging core from the inside of the chimney. Without clear instructions I was afraid I would damage the light by pulling the length of wiring through it that is needed to obtain room to remove the packaging. I also found it necessary to cut the plastic bag surrounding the foam core apart to separate and remove the two halves. None of this is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the chimney is fastened in place by the three vertical support members surrounding it which are simply bent over the top of the chimney to secure it. These must be unbent to remove the chimney packaging or to remove the glass for cleaning. I suspect after some amount of repeated unbending and re-bending they may run the risk of breaking.And on mine one of the three supports was much shorter than the others so barely able to be bent over the top of the chimney. I'd consider that to be a manufacturing defect, essentially not built quite as designed.

Replaced a big box store light with this upscale one. The frame is well designed and crafted. The seeded glass insert is beautiful when the light is on. It is near our pool and patio areas and the light shines down and out. It brightens area 50' away, but not blinding to look at. Very pretty.

I really liked the design and especially the placement of the LEDs. The illumination from these are closer to night light. I like them...very very disappointed that I could only know the lumination issue only AFTER installed these. Because of dishonest i would not recommend or purchase again from this MADE IN CHINA company

Purchased several of these fixtures for a new home and lamps plus cannot provide replacement LED modules which only last a couple years. Most LEDs last much longer. Buy a fixture you can change the light bobon as we live in a disposable world.I purchased generic screw in type bulb parts on Amazon. I think I can do it but buyer beware as lamps plus will not be there for youVery sad. I have a brand new fixtures in the box I purchased just to pull the bulb out...They even shipped to me pictures that someone else already did that and the bulbs were missing.

We plan to buy the brick wall mount version (if there is one and I assume there is)! Stunning light with no bulbs showing...the LEDs are mounted in the top and put out an adequate amt of light (not too much or too little). We will need to paint our pole to match the bronzed finish...our existing light was loose from having trees cut and a heavy wind gust finished it off...can't speak to durability-we just installed it yesterday!

Love the look and bought the matching hanging and 2 sconces. However, This lamp failed after 1 year and there is no way to replace unless you buy an entirely new one. The other pcs I bought are fine. The motion detector has never worked properly on either one that I purchased and they were professionally installed. Maybe it was a fluke but they really are great looking at our Adirondack camp. And...although the new lamp was not replaced for free the price had gone up and lamps plus offered to honor the original price I paid which I appreciated greatly.

This yard light is very attractive and easy to install. It is an LED light but is extremely bright at night and illuminates our yard well. It hooks up to standard one 110-120 volt connection and is very lightweight! The LED lights are mounted underneath the lid.

It is different from all the standard ones around me. It is so beautiful 😍 and we are so happy with it.
