Took 10-15 minutes to assemble, all parts and tools were present and fitted well together, end product seems like just what we ordered.I have to say, I am so impressed with the improvement, especially over the last five years, in Chinese manufacturing quality and especially their product design. You can tell they're a trading and market-oriented culture -- unlike some other recently-Communist countries -- and they adapt quickly and well. I know there are people on this site who may not like to hear this kind of thing, but by and large it's true. Regardless of what the future holds -- and I do wish there was a way we could not become enemies -- but still, my hat's off to them; what they have done in the global marketplace in the last decade is remarkable.

Seems like a well made stool for the most part. Rolls with ease. However, after sitting for a short while doing my crafts my behind hurts. Not the most comfortable if sitting for long periods of time. Would not purchase again.

Er erfüllt absolut seinen Zweck. Ohne zu quietschen oder zu ruckeln. Rollt sauber und leichtgängig. Hat mir über viele Wochen nach einer Fußverletzung den Rollstuhl in meiner Wohnung ersetzt.
