should have known it would not look like the picture…. BUT i thought WTH!And so… flat as it can be… the bottom portion of the wig is very soft. But the top, right at the crown along theentire seem, hair side… is a massive rats nest!!!! Beyond detangling ---- BEYOND!can’t even wear it :(

Looks so bad waste of money
I purchased this thinking I was getting a good buy and wouldn't have to run to the hair store but this was a terrible buy looks so ridiculous I would have returned but it was basically coming apart after I had tried on

Weird color
I realize now that the “highlights” in the picture are just layers of gray and it’s obvious and not very cute.. that should DEFINITELY be in the product description. I ordered the brown2-c I believe. Soft but the colors are just... eh

Love the gradient look
Very soft and beautiful. Perfect length. Feels like a real head of hair. Easy to style and Very pretty. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy again.

Disappointed
Disappointing. I've bought several wigs from this seller and have always been pleased before, but this one's a flop. The center part is as coarse as a Brillo pad, and the cap is peculiarly small.
