Not worth the money
The plastic handle was damaged when arrival, no return option for this product. Tried calling Amazon help desk got an automated response, and no action on the product return . Did not expect this type of a response. The product is not to expectation, not a environment friendly material.ostly plastic fittings and not durable. Not worth the money even after a 40% discount as quoted

Good product but, could be more better
It is an economical option as compared to all other similar products available online. Comfortable and easy to operate. The only concern is that it's locks do not work properly to stay fixed in a specific position. Even after setting the locks the chair bends as the occupant moves

Rest but not rust
I loved the overall quality but the string to where it's stuck while we lie down, somethings missing. It's still on a juggle position. Maybe I lost a nut or something since I couldn't keep it at a stagnant position while lying. Otherwise the quality is good.
