I rarely write reviews but have to with this product. I bought this product and it died almost a year to the date. Computers should not die in 1 year despite being refurbished. When I first bought it, I had an error when I tried to set it up. I contacted the seller and never got a response. I had to trouble shoot on my own until I eventually figured it out.Things went OK until last week, almost a year to the date since I bought it, it stop booting and it turns out that the ssd hard drive died! Suddenly, I lost all files and the computer would not boot. I contacted Amazon to ask what was the warranty since it was only a year and was told that because it's a third party seller, it would be up to them. Amazon tried to contact the seller on my behalf and they didn't respond to Amazon either. I went out and bought a new hard drive to replace the one that was in the computer and got it up and running again though I had to get a copy of the operating system and no way to get my files back.Just a warning that buyer beware. Customer service is NON EXISTENT and your refurbished product may only last you a year at the risk of losing files and eventually spending more money anyway. Look elaewhwre
