Brilliant, legal (UK) MOTORCYCLE upgrade
Went full LED on my motorcycle headlights using OSRAM bulbs all round. Bike stands out a bit more now.NOTE: You do not need to cut your rubber headlight seals when installing these. The mount plate on the bulb is on a bayonet attachment which makes it really easy to fit without the bulky bulb in the way. Your rubber shield will fit over the mount perfectly and you can insert the bulb afterwards.People often suggest that halogen to LED upgrades are illegal in the UK. For cars, yes. For bikes, no - the legislation was removed for motorcycles in March 2021.

Bright but no range
I like the brightness but there’s no real range on them

Brilliant!
The media could not be loaded. I bought a pair for my classic car. The video features me holding a heaight unit with the LED powered on dip beam for test purposes. I went ahead and fitted them to my MG Midget and they are genuinely excellent. They have a nice bright light output and a sharp beam cutoff so do not dazzle oncoming traffic. I'm aware they're not legal but they're also not so bright as to attract attention to themselves. The headlamps are similarly good as my modern car. Highly recommended.

Quality
Decided on these after reading numerous online reviews of the and the many cheaper led's you can buy. Genreally if you buy cheap you end up paying for it.I've fitted them to a BMW 530, 2011.It was not straight forward. BMW use a spring clip that is joined to the wiring plug to hold the bulb in the headlight. This clip had to be separated from the electrical plug and the tangs that would be used to connect the plug bent back. I also had to file the centre of this clip to enlarge the hole by arounds 1mm to enable the led to fit through.Once that was done they fit perfectly. Of course the bulb failure warnings then came on! However rather than buy resisters (Osram do a set of these) I just switched off the bulb warning for the headlights using the Carly app and dongle. The light is sharp and white, instant on. The dip beam on BMW F10's uses a projector housing to should be no problem with beam pattern. It's summer right now so I can't give an accurate review of the effeteness of these but I expect them to be better than the halogen.

Absolute rubbish!
These bulbs are built really nicely, the quality feels good. They fit easily, the connector easily. Thats about where the praise ends. Driving in a street lit area, you can't tell you've got lights on. When parked up and the light in aiming a short distance (as per picture) they look great! On the road, where you need distance.....absolutely awful. I had a 35w HID kit fitted for 5 years before one of the ballasts went. Decided to try LED and a trusted brand. Wish I hadn't! HID kit is cheaper and performs FAR better. I honesty think the Osram Nightbreaker 200% halogen bulbs would out perform these easily. Disappointed and a lot of money to have wasted!

Not impressed
Its a good quality/build LED, but for the price??? C'mon Osram you can do better, this is not osram quality that I was used to, the light is bright but no better then cheap HID lights that I had on for the last 5y (which is old old technology), I have projector lights on my car and I know they “reduce” de light out, but still for the prive I was expecting to have more light than this, plus its triggering the erro on my dash as well! Really Osram??? A top brand, well known and you sell LED that are not canbuss compatible??? Without a built in resistor?? Disappointed, so if your car has this feature (faulty bulb on the Dashboard) if you want these you will have to had a resistor. Not sure if I would buy osram again after this, they use to have quality but looks like that's gone.
