The battery is perfect
This is the second aftermarket battery I got for an older laptop that my father uses. Dell no longer sells OEM so this is the only option available for the computer. Installation is incredibly easy and requires no disassembly of the computer. Besides that the product is sturdy and delivers on promises. So far so good.

Short term use.
Got it rather quickly and I love that. But this is the second battery and it has died within 3 months. No way to ask for another on Amazon. It works great for the first few months then no longer will charge.

One worked fine, the other was dead.
I ordered two of these at the same time. One worked 100% fine. The other was dead on arrival. Multiple laptop tests confirm this.
