Great value for the price
This pot rack was easy to assemble and included a dozen hooks. No need to order expensive extra hooks! The rack is sturdy and functional. Despite its compact size, it held 6 pots and 5 frying pans (some of which are very heavy), along with a wire strainer basket, without looking over-crowded. The bulk of the weight is held by the single center screw at the top. I believe this screw MUST hit a stud, due to the tremendous weight it bears, so plan to CENTER the rack on a stud. I'm not sure an anchor through drywall would be adequate, unless you plan to hang only a few pans. The two other screws at the sides hold the rack from swaying. The wire grid makes a cute shelf for a plant. All in all, this is a quick, easy, attractive solution to an overcrowded kitchen. A GREAT value for the price.

Strong, gorgeous and fits in a small space
Easy to assemble, holds my collection of vintage copper Revere pots and then some. Sounds silly but this has made my dream of owning a pot rack possible in my beloved house that doesn't have a proper pot rack space (like an island). Came in a thin box that was beat to crap by USPS but the rack parts were undamaged and intact. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they should put the hardware in a small box or heavier duty bag since the bag had broken apart during the journey. I was just lucky none of the screws escaped through the holes in the beaten up box. I highly recommend this beautiful rack.

Perfect addition to any kitchen
After looking at numerous wall mounted pot racks, I decided to try this one. I am so glad I did.The size is perfect, not too big but easily holds our frequently used pots & pans. I also hung a few of my favorite spoons & spatulas for easy access. The shelf is nice for storage. It came with numerous hooks, so many that I have extras in the drawer for future use.The Graphite is a great finish and super easy to clean.Installation was fairly easy. It felt a little front heavy once our pots were hung so we added 2 extra brackets to the top to ensure it could hold the weight. Don't let that influence your decision, it was an easy, inexpensive fix and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Perfect for what I needed it for
There is simply NOTHING wrong with this pot rack. It's sturdy, heavy material. It's a great shape, and SO easy to put together. It took me 10 minutes to have the whole thing put together. My pot and pans fit perfectly on it, and the lids fit nicely on the little shelf. This isn't meant for more than 5 or 6 pots/ pans in my opinion. Any more than 6 would look silly, crowded, and would probably be a hassle to hang or remove.I used some of the hooks nearest to the wall to hang some of my larger untensils that had holes in the handle.Great price and great product :)

Good item, some installation notes
Overall, this is a solid product that serves its purpose very well. When assembled, it is strong and well designed to be versatile in how you choose to use it. It's also a great price. Overall, I am very satisfied with it, but will offer the following important comments regarding installation: first, as one other reviewer also noted, the pre-assembled part of the frame was actually put together incorrectly. When I assembled the rest of the unit, I realized that the feet that hold the grid/shelf were actually put on upside down, so it would not function as intended. I need to completely disassemble even the parts that came already put together, to correct this. It wasn't hard, but had I not realized this and mounted it on the wall, I was have been pretty annoyed. So, lay out the parts as you'll put them together to be sure they are correct. Second, the fact that they give you 3 wood screws is sort of a joke, since at most only 2 of the holes will line up with studs, at least in a standard wall. The bottom two holes are exactly 16" apart, which is great if you want to put them both in a stud, but the top hole is 8" towards the center - that one isn't going to align with a stud, so you'll need some other form of an anchor there. Or alternatively, if you pot the top hole into a stud, you'll need two anchors for the bottom holes. In my case, my wall is plaster, so I ended up tossing the 3 included wood screws and instead used TRIPLEGRIP#12 GREEN+SCREW anchors for all three. Each anchor is rated to 100 pounds, and it's solid on the wall. Overall, very happy with this product, minus the pre-assembled part being on backwards and the poorly thought through screws provided.

Pleasantly surprised
I must say, i was pleasantly surprised with the quality and looks of this pot rack. I had to buy this and get it overnight shipped to finish my kitchen before the holidays and was taking a huge risk on it. Given that no stores in the area had any in stock and even Williams Sonoma had to custom order one, I had to take the plunge and buy this. It has worked very nicely and holds about 10 of my Falk Culinair solid copper pots and pans and a few of my All-Clad pieces. Recommended. (Also, they make this same pot rack in copper and some other color... almost wish I got the copper to match my pots better but this still looks good against the blue wall.)
