Makes great porridge
Tastes great as a porridge. Can microwave from the bag in 18 minutes. 50 g oats + 300 ml liquid, full power for 9 min, stir and repeat. This makes quite a stiff porridge, add more liquid if preferred. (I use a 2 litre Pyrex bowl without a lid. Add salt if liked.)

my nutrition coach recommended this type of oats. And I found them in their original website. But via amazon it comes faster. Very good for breakfast. I pour some water, keep overnight and in the morning cooking. I feel light and not hungry a half day. Perfect for me

cereals only for making porridge
I bought cereal for my husband. he was looking for naked oats for sprouting. The husband is on a diet. And sprouted oats are very useful. But no matter how hard he tried, 1 grain sprouted from the glass)). This cereal is so processed and beaten that it is not suitable for sprouting. So it is suitable only for cooking cereals.
