I really liked the applicator on this bottle. It has a small nozzle rather than a separate dropper on the lid which you often get with ear-products. Have suffered from swimmer's ear frequently that would lead to dry itching ears and sometimes fluid leaking into and blocking the ear canal. At times swelling of the canal would cause a narrow passage way making hearing difficult. These drops are like a water solution not oil based like other products. This means the drops travel further and faster into the canal and empty out faster because they have a low viscosity. This stuff works miracles, I've been back and forth from the DR'S for a year and a half trying to get to the root of the pain at the side of my face, tried everything, constantly on antibiotics even had to do a short course of amitryptaline for the pain, have tried every ear drop and nose spray known to man except I didn't think to try anything for glue ear until I felt like every time I opened my mouth my ear would make a sticky gluey sound in my head so I decided to buy this and my face pain is gone!!
