These replacement tips offer a significant improvement over the standard nibs, making them a must-have for any Remarkable tablet owner. The titanium alloy construction of these tips is outstanding. They are incredibly durable and resistant to wear, which is a major advantage over the original nibs that tend to wear down relatively quickly with regular use. After several weeks of heavy use, these replacement tips still feel as smooth and precise as when I first installed them. One of the standout features of these replacement tips is their smoothness. Writing and drawing with these tips on the Remarkable 2 tablet feels effortless and fluid. The ballpoint-like design provides a fine, consistent line that is perfect for note-taking, sketching, and detailed work. This level of precision enhances the overall user experience, making digital note-taking feel more natural and enjoyable.Installation of the replacement tips is straightforward and hassle-free. They fit perfectly into the Remarkable 2 Marker Stylus, ensuring a secure and stable connection. The pack comes with two replacement tips, providing an excellent value for the price and ensuring that you have a backup ready when needed.Additionally, these tips help preserve the surface of the Remarkable tablet. Works great!
I know there are concerns with the metal nibs would disrupt the magnetic screen but it worked great and clear on my Remarkable 2 tablet. No more worn out nibs and great feel on the screen.

Writes like an expensive ballpoint or gel pen
Not 5 stars only because it just feels different than the original RM2 nibs, and I'm not sure that it's better in that respect. I've written over 1000 pages with the original nib, so I guess I'm just used to that feeling. The pen with the titanium/stainless nib is faster on the page and requires a little more hand control, but it's not as slippery on the page as I thought it might be or as some have said in the fb group. Compared to an Apple pencil on an Ipad, this replacement nib feels more like pen on paper, like you would expect when writing on the RM2. Writing with an Apple pencil on an Ipad is super slippery. I cannot believe that people do that with any kind of precision. I have written about 30 pages of notes so far with this new nib. There is no noticeable wear on the screen and no scratches on the surface as some have suggested might occur. I am only applying light pressure using the fineliner setting so that more pressure is not necessary. The writing experience seems smoother, and I do believe that it is more accurate than the original nibs. When using screenshare, the writing looks clearer/sharper than when using the original nibs for RM2. Installation of the nib in the Marker Plus worked fine on the first try. What I can tell is that there is wear on my screen from the original RM2 nibs for sure. I write on a lined, legal notepad template consistently, and I can see where the surface is smoother between the lines where my writing is on the page. This replacement nib may possibly cause less wear to the screen because it seems to have much less friction involved and only a light touch of the pen is needed. I have not tried this with a pencil setting or doing any type of artwork or shading as some people do. If art is your thing on the RM2, you may want to stick with the original nibs. I only use my RM2 for the mundane task of note taking. I'm just an ordinary user, but I don't want to ever buy nibs again. That was the big selling point for me. I have included two screenshots, the page talking about "Motion to Dismiss" is written with the Perm Nib. The "Doctrine of Worthier" title is written with the OEM nib.

Indestructible, but sacrifices traction control
Due to hard polished surface, the pen tip lowers amount of cushion feel and control just a bit against the surface that would find in a regular graphite pencil, pen. Huge upside is that it is practically indestructible so it will last you the life of the device.

Will break pen, not actually worth it
At first, it worked fine, but then I started noticing that the pen would continue to write even after I lifted the pen tip from the screen. If I held the pen about a half inch off the screen, it would register on the reMarkable tablet. That's when I looked back on these reviews to see if anyone else had experienced any problems, and as you can see, they definitely did.Not sure why so many people have reported positive experiences. But I've since taken the nib out and replaced it with the reMarkable ones and the pen does not write as well as it used to. It's very faint or doesn't happen at all. So yeah, something about the metal tip broke or damaged something inside the pen that's now preventing it from writing properly.DO NOT BUY THIS. Not worth it if I end up needing to replace the pen.
