Good in thought
But not so easy to use as intended...very difficult to line up the middle column to align properly with the spine...I fond the foam very firm....I have another foam roller that is rated as firm and this roller is harder than that one...I do like the ends of the roller...like yousing on my upper legs...both front and back

Good to relief knots and trigger points
Just what I needed. it really is a firm yet bearable roller. I get really tight muscles this really helps.

Not a gimmick
At first, I didn't think much of this roller. I’ve been rolling with foam for years to ease my IT bands and quads. But hey, I gave this one a shot on my chiropractor's advice, and man, what a game changer! This roller does it all. Hits those hip flexors just right, digging in deep and helping with back pain. Now it's a must-pack for all my travels.

Best foam roller out there
Stronger material than the trigger point grid and works the back very well. Best foam roller out there in my opinion. If you're going to spend money on a roller this is the one.
