Nova Ortho Gel Foam Cushion for 16 Inches X 16 Inches Wheelchair, Medium, 2 Inch, Black

I'm using this for driving as I'm 5 feet even and have struggled with a non-adjustable seat in my car. I honestly had some trouble seeing, especially out the back windows to my blind spots. I started using it and immediately had to buy one for my mom (also only 5 feet tall), and she was blown away at the difference just 2 inches of added height made for her driving confidence and comfort. It is comfortable and supportive for long trips or short jaunts around town. I was told by a driving instructor that everyone who is shorter than 5 foot 4 inches should have a 2 inch cushion so that they are at a better height to not only see and avoid craning their neck, but also to be at a more appropriate and safe height for the airbag.

Bought for a relative who uses a wheelchair. He says the cushion is "great", i.e., provides both support and comfort while sitting for lengthy periods of time.

Good thickness, padding.. It runs very slightly over the edge of a 16x16 seat. I wish it were plastic/waterproof on all sides instead of only one, since people who need wheelchairs often have some bladder problems. All in all, for the cost, an excellent, good looking product. The good news is, if the non-vinyl side gets wet, it dries quickly. The bad news is, it's a real wrestling match to get the cover off to clean it. I gave up. I would still buy this product.
