PURDY: NOTHING BUT TRUTH _p

I read this one much...its a keeper!!

It came in time for class, and it meets all my requirements. But mostly, they have collected some outstanding works by amazing authors. That they are Native American adds poignancy, due to the subject matter that is repeated as a theme, throughout this anthology. I love this book, it is one of my favorites now, and I'll keep it as long as I can, as the material is so great.

It's pretty much a typical college book. Some interesting stories, some not so much. I noticed a lot of "white people are bad" both in subtext and outright statements in many of the stories. So take that for whatever it's worth.

The book came as described; in very good condition, and it also arrived on time. Even though I got this book because I needed it for a class, I really enjoyed reading from it and recommend it to anyone who likes Native American Literature.

I love the stories in this book. I don't have to read them all for my class, but I will probably read through them anyways at some point (when I'm not in school anymore and have time to read for pleasure).

Good book

The book just arrived but when I took it out of the package and opened it, some of the pages that have been ripped off were hanging. There are also some pages that have been written on. This, I was unaware of since it did not say in the description. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the quality of this book.

Binding was cracked. Lots of internal writing.
