Too Clumpy
No matter what I do, these noodles stick together. I follow the package directions and even try other things like oiling the noodles, and cooling them with cool water. I have tried half a dozen times to cook with these noodles but they always STICK TOGETHER IN CLUMPS. Do not recommend at all

Very soft noodles when cooked for 9 minutes
Having never had this type of buckwheat soba noodles, they were a little less of the noodle consistency that I would have liked, but still ok.

Package arrived open! Gross!
This was not cheap, and it arrived open. There is simply no excuse for receiving an open food product.
