Received my lock/mount and it will not unlock.No directions with product, printed or online.No customer service to contact.Do not waste your time with this usless product!Returning to Amazon...which is usually a bad experience in itself.

Lock won’t come out
I purchased this to save some money on the rotopax mounts but after having it for about a year the lock is now stuck in the mount and I can’t remove my rotopax from it anymore.. I’m going to have to try and drill it out or something and purchase the real mount from rotopax. Other than the lock the mount is pretty good quality

Will not unlock
I've only has this item for a short time and it has been garage keep but now the lock will not will work. Luckily I found this out before actually needing to use the tank. In this case I will say that you get what you pay for.
