The media could not be loaded.  Many people comment on the unique design of the fan. The wooden blades make it appear more high end. The remote is basic but does what it needs to do. The functionality of the fan is good with six speeds and the ability to easily reverse direction with the touch of a button. It can move a lot of air but is still quiet. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I had an electrician install the fan and it will not work. All the ways to contact customer support are dead links. Not sure the issue or what to do.

The media could not be loaded.  Very happy with this fan. I was looking for a modern fan with no light the wouldn’t break the bank for our living room. This one is perfect! It’s modern, stylish and looks much more expensive than it was. The operation is quiet but effective. I like that it can reverse direction for summer and winter. It has 6 speeds and a timer. highly recommend!

This Sofucor fan has a unique style. It works wonderfully and attractive. The blades match my flooring which is what I like. It’s a great fan!

UPDATE: the company reached out and offered to replace the fan. The new fan came in quick and is still working great. Really good customer service and the second fan was better quality.Worked ok for a couple weeks. Didn’t put out much air and made noise on level 3, but the other levels were quiet. Noticed it would be off in the morning when we woke up even though we didn’t set the timer. Eventually went out and wouldn’t come back on at all. But looked beautiful hanging up…if you don’t actually need it to work. Amazon refunded with no problem. Will order a different fan.

The media could not be loaded.  This fan is worth the extra money. Looks, controls, noise - exceptional. Quality as well. I have a Philips Hue system in my house and I wanted to retain that so I did not buy the fan with the light built in. Instead I custom modified and installed the fan with a Philips Hue "Being" ceiling light. Not to hard and a clean install. I did this in two rooms.

This fan looks and feels amazing in our vacation house. Install was really easy, and the fan moves a lot of air. The first fan we received developed a horrible clicking sound within a month. I emailed customer service, and they sent a replacement fan which is clearly manufactured differently than the first. The replacement is totally silent, balanced, and very efficient. We love it, and we deeply appreciate the great customer support.
