I was REALLY hesitant to buy this camera based upon the awful reviews. Nevertheless I liked what the app provided in terms of remote functions along with the Verizon network, so I held my breath and jumped in and bought it. To my pleasant surprise it works perfectly. Reaction time picking up on game is fast and it shows up on my phone in less than a minute. Granted, setting it up took a little patience, but I figured it out without tech support. I’ll probably buy another one.

We have about 6 of these. Seems like none of them want to work properly and crap out. Great concept but can’t seem to keep them working. Bought this one in September to put out this deer season. Put it up in November and it stopped working Nov 28

Great battery life with the solar panel! Only had to charge twice during deer season. Took over 9000 pics!

I have hunted my entire life and have had multiple game cameras however this is my first cellular camera and a game changer. I will say I’m very impressed as this camera takes high quality pictures that notifies me within a minute or two of the time the picture was taken This really changes my hunting experience as I will no longer have to go into the field placing my scent in the area just to checkMy camera. This is a high quality camera and the command pro app is very user friendly.

The camera shipped quickly and was easy to set up. It worked fine for about 3 months, then stopped. I spoke with someone at Support, and after hearing the symptoms, they told me it was "bricked" and to submit the online form for a warranty replacement. I did that and got confirmation.Since then, there has been no contact from the company (6+ weeks). Emails have been bounced as undeliverable, the company support number is unanswered, and the camera support number is only answered by a concierge service.The concierge service promises a call back promptly, and I have yet to get a call after two conversations with the concierge service. On the third call, I requested a supervisor, who was very pleasant and helpful. She assured me that a replacement would be shipped. The model I had was not available, so she was sending the next model up. She said it- I haven't seen it. The next contact is with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office.Stay Away from GSM Outdoors.

Not sure why the solar panel doesn’t keep it charged. I still have to use batteries, but they last longer. It’s easy to set up, and I live the app. The camera itself works great and senses even squirrels playing so check settings.

Love the look and love the price, have heard good things about this one so i'll report back once I receive the camera and can show picturesUpdate: first set of pics were better than I’d hoped. No issues, east set up, lots of plan options and sent pics immediately. Might have a winner here

Really was excited to get this camera - up and running in no time - app worked great, camera has great pictures.Then - it started sending them late - or not at all - and thenNOTHINGTech support is the worst (At least so far) Have not answered email - and not returning calls - spent 30 plus minutes on hold.Ready to send it back - but when it is working - it is great...WIll update after I actually talk to someone
