It is a good item to help with balance. I used one at physical therapy and wanted to do more training at home.

This is a decent pad. The foam could be a bit firmer, but overall it’s good for the price. Much better than inflatables.

After my car accident. Trying to stabilize my ankle this has been great to work on getting me back to normal.

Physical therapist recommended I get a balance foam to continue ankle strengthening at home. The brand she recommended was so expensive though! This was economical and every bit as nice as the one we use at her office.

Does what it is suppose to do. I don't have a lot of room to spare, but it fits my size 13 foot!

Works just like the $70 dollar version. It’s a little smaller but all you need for one foot!

Pad was alot stiffer than what I would be used to at the gym and also much smaller, couldnt really use it for what i wanted to and will opt for a bigger one.
