Q: I bought 3 of these. One keeps leaking drops of nectar underneath. Bees found it but hummingbirds don't use it now. Any suggestions?

I have purchased the corningware French white 6 1/2” 24oz plastic covers that fit perfectly on the bottom of the feeders. No more bees.

Q: Can this feeder be mounted flat on a railing & if so, how?

I don't see how. I have mine hanging from a hook attached to the bottom of the eaves outside my kitchen window. The beauty of this feeder is that it can be taken apart for cleaning which needs to be done regularly. I get a lot of "business" with my feeder and in peak season go through a 4lb bag of sugar a week. Every time I refill it I clean it by just rinsing it in water and scrubbing the inside of the jar with a bottle washer brush. Contamination can harm the little fellows. Making your own nectar is very easy and much cheaper than the store bought kind. I also have read that the red dye they put in it can also be harmful to their little kidneys. Instructions on how to make it are available on-line. The Velcro solution provided in another answer could work. The base needs to be cleaned too so attaching it permanently just wouldn't work.

Q: Se 6002 vs. 16cly do both accomodate the larger 32 oz and 64 oz. bottles? are tops glued on?? what's the differences? too many ??? ?

Same bottom fits the 16, 32, and 64 oz. Tops are glued on. Apart from capacity, the only differences are the colors of the flowers yellow versus red.
