Close to that halogen glow but not quite
March 2022 Update: After about 3 years, I have needed to replace 4 of these bulbs. When I was using halogen bulbs, I would replace 4 bulbs in 3 months! Still highly recommended!I have a number of relatively inexpensive path lights from a big box store. I purchased 7W 80 lumen T5 replacement bulbs from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0043CQJ7O/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and was happy with the warm glow that adequately lit the areas that needed light. What I wasn't happy about was how often I had to replace burned out bulbs. Based on the great reviews of this product, I thought the warm white 1.5W LED would be a suitable replaecment for the halogen bulbs. The picture of the "warm white" light in the product description is a little more yellow than the light given off by the bulbs I received. The light on the right is the original halogen bulb, the light on the left is the new LED bulb. They are certainly brighter - I may move the fixtures further apart. I like how the LEDs contained in a sealed cover, hopefully this will lead to longer life than the non-sealed bulbs that are available. The low operating temperature of the LED bulbs allowed me to put a dab of silicone grease on the socket to help ward off moisture and corrosion. While not an exact match, I would recommend the 1.5W "warm white" bulb as a replacement for 7W halogen bulbs. Starting off with 5 stars, hopefully I won't need to revisit this review to knock any stars off. The second image was taken with the glass fixture removed (bare bulbs) - what's interesting is how the LED bulb causes shadow lines to appear when the glass fixture cover is installed (due to refraction of the light through the glass) but the halogen bulb does not.

Great for RV Bulb Replacement
Although the description online emphasizes the use of these bulbs for pathway light replacement, the warm white versions were a perfect match in terms of fit as well as brightness and color temperature to the 921 wedge-based bulbs that were in the dome and under-counter lights in my travel trailer. I double-checked with SRRB to make sure that they could take voltage fluctuations, etc., and they assured me that they would work. SRRB also makes a brighter LED bulb that is described as specifically for RV incandescent bulb replacement, but those are much brighter than these. We actually wanted to stay at about the same level of brightness, so these are perfect...actually a slight bit brighter than the incandescents that they replaced. On the other hand, if you actually want to increase the light output from the 921 incandescents usually in RV's, you might want to consider the other SRRB product. We thought these were just about perfect for our taste, though.

RV - PERFECT AMOUNT OF LIGHT!
I did a lot of research trying to settle on which light bulbs I should buy to replace all our 30 ft travel trailer's incandescent bulbs. Last year, we bought new LED light fixtures for our truck mounted camper. Those bulbs can not be changed because they are integrated into the light fixtures permanently. To our disappointment, they flicker when we're plugged in and not using battery power. That's not good! My husband gets migraines from flickering lights. I'm really bummbed out that we didn't keep those old fixtures...so we could just replace the bulbs. This company is top notch! We purchased about 30 LED bulbs, four varieties, for the inside and outside of our trailer. They advertise which replacement bulbs I needed for the different bulbs we have. Very helpful! Just be sure to check if your bulb's sockets are flat or round and if you need one or two contact points at the end of the round bulb's sockets. These bulbs are advertised as landscaping light bulbs. The ad also says RV so don't worry about using them for your RV.These bulbs do not flicker at all! My husband can see the slightest amount of flickering and he insists there's no variance. Nice! Most of our trailer's light fuxtures have double bulbs with no option of turning on just one of the two bulbs. It's all or nothing. I picked these particular lights because I don't like too much brightness. The light level these put out, with a two bulb fixture, is absolutely perfect for me! Plenty bright enough but not so much that the bulbs blind me or stimulate my brain too much. (You low light people know what I mean.) I bought the bright white variety and the color is very realistic. Whiter than the old incandescent bulbs. Not yellow or blue. They are just slighly off white in a very, very faint light golden. The color tone doesn't weird me out at all, like the blue or yellow LED lights do. The bulbs are very well made! I like that the bulbs are enclosed and they install perfectly! And my husband was very happy not to have to change all the light fixtures, just so we can have LED lights. Our old bulbs put off so much heat! These are kind of warm but not scalding hot like our old ones. We are extremely satisfied!

These bulbs interfere with my garage door opener signal
I bought these to replace some burnt out incandescent bulbs in my home address number plate light, which is mounted outside my garage. I had issues previously with other LED bulbs in my garage interfering with my garage remote signal, so I made sure to test these as I put them in. With incandescent bulbs in, the garage door remote works fine. With these particular LED replacements, my garage door remote stopped working immediately. My address number light is about 20 feet away from my garage door opener.I thought it wouldn't be a problem since this light bulb description says no radio/tv interference. But if this was the case, why does my garage door remote stop working when these are installed?
