Hard, smelly
Not soft sponge so doesn’t evenly distribute makeup even when soaked in water first. Has a horrible rubbery smell that I could smell on my face after using it - bad

Awful!!!
Awful wouldn't even call it a sponge more like silicone. Does not expand when wet and just makes make up sit on your skin rather than blend.

Hard and small
This sponge does not soften when damp, and stays really hard. Which means it doesn’t mould at all to the contours of your face. Also it’s really small, it makes it really hard to hold and use effectively. Maybe good for a young girl playing with makeup but not good for an adult that wants a good foundation coverage.
